In this role, you will be developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms, as well as performing data cleaning, preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation tasks. You'll maintain ML workflows and collaborate with software engineers. This role requires a good understanding of APIs, embeddings, and Language Models (LLMs). You should be comfortable coding in Python, and have experience with TensorFlow, Keras, or similar software.
Required: A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field. You should have knowledge of machine learning algorithms, experience with Python, Java or C++, and familiarity with libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn. Data preprocessing and visualization skills are also necessary. A good understanding of linear algebra, probability, and statistics is crucial. Above all, we're looking for someone with excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Equity-based compensation is an option.
Develop and implement growth strategies, understand and shape company's direction and growth, evaluation of new business partnerships, deal making and negotiation, strategic business planning. You'll also contribute to product development with real feedback on market demand. Compensation is as a percentage of sales.
